Dear Partner, 
We would like share an important update.


Our founder and long-time CEO, Lucie Šmejkalová, is stepping down to dedicate more time to her husband and family, handing over Divesoft Czech Republic (HQ) to new owners - members of the current management team. Some have been with the company for many years, and many of you know them personally:


Jan Trnka - the new CEO, coming from the field of aviation management,
Jakub Hečko - current Head of Development,
Tomáš Trnka - current Head of Production

What does this change mean for our partners? Not much - Divesoft's focus currently is unifying operations in all regions, including finalizing the recent acquisition of Divesoft US, developing our partner network, and focusing on our existing roadmap, including upcoming products, such as ODA+, Freedom Force, as well as maybe a new Liberty CCR variant next year (but let's keep this between ourselves).


Our Partners are always welcome to visit our factory and HQ in the Czech Republic and meet the team.

Dear Partner, some of our partners outside the EU may have noticed that the delivery of Liberty CCR units has been delayed. This is due to EU's increased reporting demands as to goods that may fit the dual-use category. We are working with the Customs officials to streamline deliveries now and in the future. Our apologies for the delays to the affected Partners.

 

 

July 23, 2026

Dear Partner, important announcement exclusively for our partners:

We have been absorbing the galloping costs of materials and energy, as well as inflation, for over two years. To uphold the quality of our existing products and support development of new ones, we are planning a minor increase of pricing for Liberty CCRs and certain other products at the beginning of September. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

The amount and timing of the increase is yet to be finalized but will be limited (estimated 5-10%).

Dear Partner, the new Partner discount system is going live!


We are finalizing calculations and later today CEST, or tomorrow at the latest, you should see your new discount in our eShop. Also note the new Partner Agreement in the Documents section - from today, unless special agreements have been made, all business relations between Divesoft and Partners are governed by this document. Please read it all; if you think there is a mistake in the calculation, please raise a ticket ("Create a ticket" button above) and select Sales as the agenda.


Important points that many partners miss, in brief:

Better turnovers means better discounts. The discounts are recalculated at the end of every quarter and active from the second working day of the quarter (next update: October 2, 2026)

The partner discounts are now valid for ALL products, Liberty CCR included.

Dealers and Instructors are now all Partners, with same conditions and discounts. The minimum discount for all products including Liberty CCR is now 25%.

Partners that are not Liberty instructors are now free to make agreements with dedicated Liberty instructors or our distributors who have Liberty Instructors on staff and sell Liberty CCRs, capitalizing on dealer discounts.
