Analyzer shows "Please wait"

Persistent "Please Wait" screen after power on indicates unstable Helium measurement

Possible causes:

  • Noisy environment - eg. running compressor or other machinery
  • Damage to the back of the Analyzer
  • Electronics malfunction or damage

Step-by-step troubleshooting:

  • Power cycle the analyzer completely (hold power button for 10 seconds)
  • Take a photo(s) of the Service mode / Sound (raw) for faster support, see the guide how to access Service mode.
  • A zero on the Sound (raw) screen indicates a service may be needed.
    • Contact your closest Divesoft Service Point and provide all diagnostics data accumulated.
