Analyzer shows "Please wait"
Persistent "Please Wait" screen after power on indicates unstable Helium measurement
Possible causes:
- Noisy environment - eg. running compressor or other machinery
- Damage to the back of the Analyzer
- Electronics malfunction or damage
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- Power cycle the analyzer completely (hold power button for 10 seconds)
- Take a photo(s) of the Service mode / Sound (raw) for faster support, see the guide how to access Service mode.
- A zero on the Sound (raw) screen indicates a service may be needed.
- Contact your closest Divesoft Service Point and provide all diagnostics data accumulated.
