Accessing Internal values
Creating diagnostic videos and screenshots for service support
Problem description:
Divesoft service personnel may request videos or screenshots of the Analyzer in service mode - specific items from Internal Values.
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- Power on the Analyzer in the Service mode
- Power off the Analyzer
- Hold the ON/OFF button, once you see the startup screen with HW and FW versions, tap the MODE button, finally release the ON/OFF button.
- Enter the Menu / Internal values, then use arrows up and down to locate specific value, take a photo of the value(s) if required.
- If you find an "O2 zero adjust" plain zero on a HW version 4.0 or earlier, then a factory calibration may be necessary. Check with support if unsure.
- You can share the photos or a large video using company WeTransfer.
