Constant O2 Value

Possible causes:

• Clogged or closed Flow Limiter
• Obstruction in the inlet gas path
• Reversed polarity of the O2 sensor - sensor cable connected "upside-down"
• Simulated O2 value setup in the Analyzer menu [He/O2, SOLO]
  
  

Step-by-step troubleshooting:

• Check the flow from the flow limiter - eg. using a glass full of water, look for a steady stream of bubbles.
• [DNA] Remove and inspect inlet cap
• [He/O2, SOLO] Check menu / configuration for simulated O2 value.
• Check the sensor cable connection polarity - red wire matches the plus mark
• Power cycle analyzer

When to contact service: If value remains constant after cleaning and no troubleshooting steps help. Get photos of the "internal values" screens before contacting support.
