Analyzer shows constant O₂ value
If your analyzer displays a constant O₂ value that does not change during measurement, follow the steps below.
Possible causes
-
Blocked or restricted gas flow
-
Closed or partially closed flow limiter
-
Depleted or unresponsive oxygen sensor
-
Electronics malfunction
What to try
-
Verify that gas is flowing properly through the analyzer.
-
Check the flow limiter and ensure it is open and correctly adjusted.
-
Confirm oxygen sensor voltage in ambient air (typically around 8–13 mV depending on sensor type).
-
Replace the oxygen sensor if it is end-of-life or shows abnormal voltage.
-
Restart the analyzer and repeat the measurement.
