Analyzer shows helium sensor malfunction Error 1

The “Error 1” message indicates that helium measurement values are outside the expected range during startup. Follow the steps below to determine the cause.

Possible causes

  • Mechanical damage to the back of the analyzer

  • Corrupted calibration values stored in memory

  • Water or humidity damage affecting internal electronics

What to try

  • Perform a complete power cycle. Hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to fully restart the analyzer.

  • Access Service Mode and review the “Sound (raw)” values.

  • Take clear photos of the Service Mode / Sound (raw) screen for diagnostic purposes.

  • If the Sound (raw) value shows zero, the helium sensor assembly may require professional service.

When to contact service

If Error 1 persists after restarting the device, or if the Sound (raw) value is zero or abnormal, please contact an authorized Divesoft Service Point and provide all collected diagnostic information.
