ERROR 1 - Helium sensor doesn't work correctly
ERROR 1 on startup indicates helium measuring out of this world
Possible causes:
- Damage to the back of the Analyzer
- Corrupted calibration values stored in memory
- Electronics water / humidity damage
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- Power cycle the analyzer completely (hold power button for 10 seconds)
- Take a photo(s) of the Service mode / Sound (raw) for faster support, see the guide how to access Service mode.
- A zero on the Sound (raw) screen indicates a service may be needed.
- Contact your closest Divesoft Service Point and provide all diagnostics data accumulated.
