Fixing incomplete firmware updates
Problem description:
The firmware update process may freeze at 'Head load completed' in Divesoft Center.
Possible causes:
- Partial firmware corruption.
- Unstable USB or Bluetooth link.
- Outdated firmware package.
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- If you are updating over the Bluetooth and the update fails in the transfer before it gets to 100%, first retry the update again, if it fails immediately then restart the Liberty before retry.
- If you repeatedly fail over the Bluetooth, try update using USB (DivesoftCenter).
- Restart computer, Liberty head, and handsets before retrying.
- If you still have no luck, write down all attempts taken and contact Divesoft about further assistance.
