Dives Not Added to Logbook

Resolving issues with dives not being added to a logbook

Issue:
New dives are not being recorded or added to the logbook.

Instruction:

  1. Certain Freedom FW versions 1.21.x had an unintended limit for divelog count, that is fixed in the latest update 1.21.8.
  2. Check whether your firmware is up to date, update your device before continuing further, use DivesoftCenter or DivesoftApp.
  3. After the firmware update try another dive, or a demo dive which can also produce a log.
  4. Use DivesoftApp Report Issue feature or Download all records from the computer and send them to Divesoft Support.
