Freedom Computer - Navigation through Tilt Function Not Working

Fixing tilt function navigation issues in Freedom Computer

Issue:
Inability to navigate the virtual keyboard using the tilt function.

Instruction:

  1. Try recalibrating the tilt control through the surface menu Setup > Calibration > Horizontal cal.
  2. Check and update the firmware, try calibration again.
  3. If calibration does not resolve the issue, record a video in the Service Menu > Debug > Devices > ACCM menu and send it to Divesoft. If the values in this menu are not changing, it may indicate a hardware issue.
  4. To access the service menu: press and hold one button, double-press the second button, and then simultaneously release both buttons.
