He/O2 Analyzer - Helium Sensor Error / Intermittent Helium Measurement

Troubleshooting weak clicking sounds and helium sensor errors in He/O2 analyzers

Issue:
The analyzer's clicking sound is weak, and it displays a "helium sensor error" or provides intermittent helium measurements. When checking the "Sound (raw)" screen in service mode, one of the top lines may show a value of 0. This suggests a problem with the electronic board.

Instruction:

  1. Switch on the analyzer in service menu: To do this, click and hold the power button, wait until the version screen appears, then press and release the Mode button, and finally release the power button. The analyzer should now be running in service mode.
  2. Navigate to Menu > Service mode > Sound (raw).
  3. Observe the values on this screen; if any of the values on the top two lines are 0, it indicates that the electronics board is faulty and needs to be replaced.
  4. You can also make a video of this screen and send it to info@divesoft.com for further analysis.
