Firmware Update - Analyzer Not Powering On

Possible causes:

• Incomplete firmware update
• Wrong firmware version installed
• Depleted battery

Step-by-step troubleshooting:

• Verify correct firmware version for your model
  
  • HW 1.0 - 3.x - follow the official firmware update guides for He/O2 or SOLO
  • HW 4.0 and up, use the DivesoftCenter, which will provide latest FW automatically

• Retry the Firmware update once more
  • Ensure battery is fully charged before update attempt
  • Use original USB cable and direct computer connection (no USB HUB)
  • Try different computer/USB port

When to contact service: If analyzer remains unresponsive after recovery attempts, professional reprogramming required.
