Update both Liberty control-unit and handset firmware with the head removed from the rebreather body, following the current firmware instructions.
The CCR Liberty’s electronics have two different types of firmware (FW): one for the control unit and another for the handset. Download the latest firmware version from the firmware.
Always perform firmware updates with the head removed from the rebreather body. You must update both the control unit (CU) and handset firmware together. Running mismatched firmware versions on the CU and handset may result in unexpected behavior.
