Buddy Display Leaking

Problem description:
The Buddy Display may leak, crack, flood, or stop functioning, often with visible moisture inside the display.

Possible causes:

• Physical damage or cracked housing.
• Seal failure leading to water ingress.
• Wear of O-rings or seals around display housing.

Step-by-step troubleshooting:

• Check for cracks or visible moisture inside the buddy display.
• Ensure O-rings are intact and properly seated.
• Take photos of the Buddy Light and contact Divesoft about replacing the faulty part.
• The Buddy Light construction is being improved with each generation, currently we are at 3+ gen. with screwless construction.
