Issue:
For comprehensive diagnosis (e.g., solenoid problems), records from both Liberty SD cards are crucial.

Connect the head via a cable (similar to how firmware is updated, but without connecting the handset to the programming connector). The unit should appear as a flash drive on your computer. Download all records from both SD cards.
