Analyzer shows O2 overload error
If your analyzer displays an O₂ overload error while measuring pure oxygen, follow the steps below.
Possible causes

Non-original or incompatible oxygen sensor

Aged or end-of-life oxygen sensor

Incorrect electronic gain setting
What to try

Check the actual O₂ sensor voltage while measuring pure oxygen (for example in the calibration screen).

If the overload error appeared after replacing the oxygen sensor and your device is a He/O₂ hardware revision 3.x or earlier, a hardware gain adjustment may be required.

If the overload error persists after replacing the oxygen sensor, or if your device is a He/O₂ hardware revision 3.x or earlier, please contact an authorized Divesoft Service Point.
