Analyzer shows O2 overload error
If your analyzer displays an O₂ overload error while measuring pure oxygen, follow the steps below.
Possible causes

Non-genuine or incompatible oxygen sensor

Worn or end-of-life oxygen sensor

Incorrect electronic gain setting
What to try

Check the O₂ sensor voltage while measuring pure oxygen — for example, on the calibration screen. A healthy sensor should read within the expected voltage range specified in your device manual.

If the overload error appeared after replacing the oxygen sensor and your device is a He/O₂ hardware revision 3.x or earlier, a hardware gain adjustment is likely required. Do not attempt to adjust the gain yourself — contact an authorized Divesoft Service Point.

If the overload error persists after replacing the oxygen sensor, contact an authorized Divesoft Service Point. Devices on He/O₂ hardware revision 3.x or earlier require a hardware-level gain adjustment that must be performed by a qualified technician.
