O2 Overload Error
Oxygen overload error when measuring pure oxygen.
Possible causes:
- Off-brand oxygen sensor
- Old or end-of-life oxygen sensor
- Electronic gain issue
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- Check actual O2 voltage on pure oxygen, eg. on a calibration screen.
- If the overload error came after replacing the O2 sensor, and the device is He/O2 HW revision 3.x and earlier, then a HW service may be needed to adjust the gain.
When to contact service: If overload occurs after replacing an oxygen sensor on older HW revision of He/O2.
