Accessing the Service Mode and Sound (Raw)

Creating diagnostic videos and screenshots for service support

Problem description:
Divesoft service personnel may request videos or screenshots of the analyzer in service mode displaying Sound (raw) data.

Step-by-step troubleshooting:

  • Power on the Analyzer in the Service mode
    • Power off the Analyzer
    • Hold the ON/OFF button, once you see the startup screen with HW and FW versions, tap the MODE button, finally release the ON/OFF button.
  • Enter the Menu / Service mode, then use arrows left and right to locate screen Sound (raw)
  • Record video showing: Complete boot sequence, Navigation to Sound (raw), 30 seconds of stable readings.
    • Optionally response when gas is applied - if trouleshooting precision and accuracy.
  • Save files with date and serial number in filename
  • You can share the large video using company WeTransfer.

When to contact service: Send videos/screenshots to Divesoft support when requested for diagnostic purposes.
